Privacy Policy
StableRoute is developed by Beijing FlyToken Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how the StableRoute iOS app handles information.
Data we do not collect
StableRoute does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. The app does not automatically send us your browsing activity, VPN traffic, imported node configurations, subscription URLs, credentials, diagnostic history, or device identifiers.
Information stored on your device
StableRoute stores the information needed to provide its features on your device, including imported node and subscription configuration, connection preferences, local activity records, diagnostic events, free-use time, and purchase entitlement state. Sensitive connection configuration is stored using iOS-protected storage where supported.
You can delete node and activity data from within the app. Uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS and iCloud or Keychain behavior.
VPN traffic and connection checks
When you start a VPN connection, network traffic is routed through the compatible server or node that you chose or imported. That server is operated by your provider, not by StableRoute. Its handling of traffic is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
StableRoute may make short network requests to public internet endpoints to check whether a selected route is reachable and usable. These checks are used only to operate the connection and automatic recovery features. StableRoute does not use them to build an activity profile or for advertising.
Purchases
The optional StableRoute Plus purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, account, and payment information under Apple's privacy policy. StableRoute receives only the purchase status needed to unlock features; it does not receive your full payment card details.
Diagnostics and support
Diagnostics stay on your device unless you explicitly choose to share a redacted support summary. The support summary is designed to exclude node names, server addresses, credentials, complete subscription URLs, raw configurations, and browsing content. You choose the recipient and method of sharing through the iOS share sheet.
If you contact us directly, we will receive the information you choose to include in that message and use it to respond to your request.
Camera and files
If you choose QR-code import, StableRoute uses the camera only to scan the code you present. If you choose file import, StableRoute reads the file you select. These actions occur at your request and are used to import compatible connection details.
Children
StableRoute is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
