How can we help?

StableRoute connects through compatible nodes that you import. It does not provide a node service or subscription.

Connection problems

• Confirm the active node pool contains an enabled compatible node.
• Try Smart mode to verify another available route, or choose a specific node in Fixed Node mode.
• Only one VPN can be active on iOS. Disconnect another VPN app before connecting StableRoute.
• If every route fails, check your provider's service and the current Wi-Fi or cellular network.

Imports

StableRoute can import compatible details from text, a URL, a QR code, or a local file. Never share a complete subscription URL or node credential in a public support message.

StableRoute Plus

The app includes 60 cumulative minutes of successful VPN connection time. StableRoute Plus is a one-time lifetime purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. If you already purchased it, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple account.

Share a safe diagnostic summary

Open Settings in StableRoute and choose the support-summary action. Review the redacted summary before sharing it. StableRoute does not automatically upload diagnostics.
