Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the StableRoute iOS app provided by Beijing FlyToken Technology Co., Ltd.
What StableRoute provides
StableRoute is a client that connects using compatible node or subscription information supplied by you. StableRoute does not provide VPN servers, proxy nodes, internet access, or third-party subscriptions.
You are responsible for choosing a provider you trust, maintaining the right to use the configurations you import, and following the laws and service terms that apply to you.
Free use and StableRoute Plus
The app includes 60 cumulative minutes of successful VPN connection time at no charge. StableRoute Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the paid features for the purchasing Apple account, subject to Apple's purchase and restoration rules. There is no auto-renewing subscription.
Prices are displayed by the App Store in the applicable local currency. Apple processes payment, refunds, purchase restoration, and family-sharing eligibility under its policies.
Availability and network conditions
StableRoute can monitor route health and attempt automatic recovery, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular speed, or the availability of any third-party node or destination. Performance depends on the device, local network, provider, imported configuration, destination service, and conditions outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not use StableRoute to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, disrupt networks or services, or access a configuration or account without authorization.
Updates and changes
We may update the app to improve reliability, security, compatibility, or features. Some functions may change as iOS, App Store requirements, or third-party network protocols change.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StableRoute is provided without a guarantee that every server, route, destination, or network will remain available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Apple terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
